“Al-Ta’yeer” is a newspaper established to bolster the role of alternative media at a time of mounting pressure and restrictions on traditional media. It aims to deliver professional journalism that enables the Sudanese public to engage knowledgeably with political, economic, social, and human rights issues. This is achieved by providing accurate news, reports, and investigative pieces that foster a deep understanding of these matters, alongside dialogues that explore diverse perspectives. Furthermore, the publication seeks to contribute to building democratic civic awareness and a culture of peace, women’s rights, and minority rights, while combating racism and hate speech.
