Sudanaile is the first Sudanese online newspaper to be published from Khartoum; its inaugural issue appeared in January 2001. It was founded by Tariq Al-Jazouli, Khaled Ezz El-Din, and Mohamed Ali Abdel-Halim. Sudanaile is an independent publication, unaffiliated with the government or any political party; rather, it is the product of individuals dedicated to Sudan, democracy, and freedom of expression. The newspaper provides distinguished and diverse news coverage across various sectors—including politics, issues concerning marginalized regions, the economy, culture, sports, social affairs, and documentation—as well as issues related to women and children.
